Director of Technology and Innovation, Uniboard Canada

Pierre Martin holds a Bachelor's in Wood Science and Wood Products (Pulp and Paper Technology) from Université Laval. He is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs forestiers du Québec (OIFQ). He has over 30 years of experience in wood-based composite panels and decorative coatings. His professional experience at Uniboard Canada and Arclin has exposed him to various challenges in transforming particleboard and MDF panels, including lamination and paper impregnation. His roles have allowed him to acquire strong expertise in the panel industry, where he has contributed to developing and commercializing various products. Since 2018, he has been Director of Technology and Innovation at Uniboard Canada.

He also serves as the Chairman of the Management Board at Corepan-Bois.
