Corporate Technical Director, Arbec Forest Products

Mr. Coulombe has over 26 years of experience in manufacturing OSB (Oriented Strand Board). Before becoming the Corporate Technical Director at Arbec Forest Products - OSB Division Shawinigan in May 2023, he held various positions within the company, including Technical Services Manager in St-Georges-de-Champlain from 2007 to 2014, OSB Technical Director from 2014 to 2018, and Plant Manager in Shawinigan from 2018 to 2023.

Before joining Arbec, he served as the Technical Director at the Louisiana-Pacific Corporation OSB plant in Maniwaki from 1997 to 2005 and as Log Yard Manager at Resolute Forest Products from 2005 to 2007.

His responsibilities at Arbec include managing the quality of OSB panels and compliance with applicable standards, overseeing the development of new products, process optimization, and managing and ensuring the company's environmental initiatives are followed.
